Full payment is required at the time of booking. A security deposit is required before the rental and will be refunded if no damage occurs. Cancellation & refund 48+ hours full refund. 24-48 hours before rental - 50% refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows- No refund. Weather-related cancellations (determined by Velocity Watersports) Full refund or reschedule.
